How do I track my order?
After your order is placed you will receive an email with full details and tracking information.
What are your delivery options?
If you are in the city of Baltimore, Maryland or surrounding counties delivery options may be available.
How do I return an item?
Items are returnable through the mail with a $9.95 restocking fee. Items returned in person are also accepted.
Do you provide International delivery?
At the current moment we do not ship or deliver international.
What is your returns policy?
Returns are applicable with valid proof of purchase. Returns within 14 days with valid proof of purchase may receive a refund in the original form of payment. Returns within 30 days with valid proof of purchase will receive a credit to shop with us. Returns after 30 days or returns without proper proof of purchase will not be accepted.
